Aggregates confirmed changes from all 3 feeders into a single event stream. Runs after feeders at 08:00 UTC. Visible in the Change Feed and the Weekly Digest's raw-event browser.

Historical analysis database
Appends feeder snapshots to DuckDB+Parquet, runs signal queries, and calls an LLM for narrative summaries. Results visible in the Signals page. Updates twice-weekly.
